Fondwell ("we," "us," "our") is operated by Migisel LLC. This policy explains what information we collect when you use Fondwell, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

When you book a call, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Booking details (date, time, and session type)
• Your answers to the questions on the booking form, such as your preferred language, who the call is for, how you heard about Fondwell, and the age range of the person joining the call. Optional questions can be left blank.
• Payment information — processed directly by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
• Basic usage data (pages visited, clicks, device type) via website analytics

2. How we use your information

We use your information to schedule and deliver your call, process payment, communicate with you about your booking, and improve the service. We look at booking-form answers such as age range and how you heard about us only in summary, to understand who Fondwell serves and which channels work. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Third-party services

Fondwell relies on trusted third-party providers to operate:

• Cal.com — booking and scheduling
• Stripe — payment processing
• Cal Video (Daily.co) — video/audio call infrastructure
• Microsoft Clarity — website analytics, including anonymized recordings of how visitors move through our pages (never the content of calls)
• Google Ads — measuring which ads lead to bookings
• Google Analytics — website analytics (pages visited, how visitors arrive, device type), linked to Google Ads to measure which ads lead to bookings

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data passed to them.

4. Call content

Fondwell calls are never recorded or transcribed. If this ever changes, you will be notified and asked for your explicit consent before any call is recorded.

5. Data retention

We retain booking and account information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal or accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at hello@fondwell.co.

7. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to keep the site functioning properly, to understand how visitors use it, and to measure our ads. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

8. Children's privacy

Fondwell is intended for adults 18 years and older only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
